We start by discussing your objectives for video to understand how it supports your overall marketing strategy. If you haven’t figured out this part, that’s okay– we’ll help you get there.

Based on your objectives and target audience, we lay out the strategy campaign, define core messaging, and craft creative concepts.

We start planning the production after we have fully developed a creative strategy and script you’re happy with. We’ll help take care of all the details to ensure a smooth video shoot.

4. Create

We shoot and edit the video according to our carefully crafted production schedule. We take care of everything along the way, but you’re welcome to participate as much as you’d like.

5. Distribute

Generating a positive ROI for your video campaign depends on placing it in front of the right people. We’ll advise you on the most effective distribution strategy to get the results you’re looking for.

How much do you charge for a project?

To be honest, it depends. We work with a variety of budgets, ranging from a few thousand dollars all the way up to $50,000 or more. Our average projects range between $10,000 – $15,000. We’ll work with you to craft a solution that fits within your budget and makes the most of your investment.

What’s the average turnaround time for a project?

Every project is a little different, but a brand video takes 1.5-3 months from start to finish. Pre-production varies between 2-4 weeks, production can be a few days or spread over multiple weeks, and post-production takes between 3-4 weeks to complete. We’ll work with you to create a realistic timeline that we all feel good about.

What kind of videos do you create?

We can create a wide variety of videos depending on your organization’s needs. Our most popular options are feature videos, award videos for galas and events, testimonial videos for sharing real-life stories, and fundraising videos with specific call-to-actions.

Do you travel outside of the Twin Cities area?

Yes! We travel all the time for client work. To Greater Minnesota, a neighboring state like Wisconsin or South Dakota, or even across the country. If there’s a great story that needs to be told, we’ll travel to it!

Do you outsource work to contractors?

About 90% of the work we do is entirely in-house. We have an awesome team of storytellers and creatives that can help bring your project to life. However, we also have a long list of vetted partners we bring in when the timeline or scope demands it. Regardless, you’ll have someone from our team helping throughout the whole process.
